These days, we have already turned all our backs an hour late just to follow the daylight saving time. According to various studies, the Daylight Saving Time and road accidents are related to one another. According to them, the transition of DST could lead to disruption of somebody's sleep causing more stress and drowsiness to one's body. In driving, there should be a good level of alertness which is decreased if one would follow the DST.
